Information Minister Attaullah Tarar alleged Sunday that India was responsible for an attack against the high commission of Pakistan in London, amid high tensions between both nations with nuclear weapons.

He said that hundreds of Indian protesters gathered outside the Pakistani mission, while two people were arrested for their alleged participation in the attack.
When heading to a press conference for international media on the Incident of Pahalgam in Islamabad today, Tarar accused India of using their “extremist ideology” to encourage people to attack the foreign missions of Pakistan.
“A very unfortunate incident took place in London, our high commission was attacked twice and stones were thrown,” Tarar said. “The responsible persons are being sponsored by the Indian agencies and the Indian State.”
The minister said the suspects had been arrested by the London Metropolitan Police, but stressed that the incident was a product of the “mentality that the Indian State has.”
He did not specify how many people had been arrested or gave more details about the attack.
“If you can kill people internationally in Canada and the United States, then nothing will prevent you from attacking some foreign missions,” he said, referring to the transnational murders of Sijs leaders.
During the informative session, Tarar highlighted the weaknesses in India’s story about Pahalgam’s attack, adding that “they reached conclusions” about Pakistan’s participation.
“This episode of Pahalgam for me seems like a distraction,” Tarar said, adding that Pakistan was seeing success against terrorists. “Pahalgam is more than 150 kilometers from the control line.
“Do you have credible evidence? Do you have any argument that is corroborated by the test?” asked. “Why is it that the first information report … was recorded at the Pahalgam Police station within 10 minutes of the incident?”
Tarar explained that in order for a FIR to be presented, officials should visit the area, collect evidence, make a complete scan of the scene, carry out a forensic analysis and explain the usual time delay between the occurrence and registration of the report.
“Why is it that just after 10 minutes a FIR is recorded and the fault is put in Pakistan?” asked. “The reason we have asked for independent, impartial and transparent investigation is because our hands are clean. I think our Eastern neighbor hastened to reach conclusions.”
The minister echoed accusations of other Pakistani leaders that India was financing terrorist activities within Pakistan.
“Why were there doubts by our eastern neighbor to issue a simple statement of conviction condemning the episode?” He asked, talking about the attack on Jaffar Express last month.
“Why is it that every time we face terrorism and counteract terrorists and spill blood … Why does the Eastern neighbor always celebrate?
“There is a reason behind that … India is involved in terrorism sponsored by the State.
“If we had not stopped Kulbushan Jadhav, if we had not obtained incriminating and irrefutable evidence against him, he would not have been making this argument today,” he said, referring to the Indian spy trapped in Pakistan in 2016.
The April 22 attack in Pahalgam killed 26 people, mostly tourists, and is one of the most mortal armed attacks in the disputed Himalaya region since 2000. The responsibility was allegedly claimed by the Resistance Front until now unknown (TRF).
After the attack, nations with nuclear weapons have unleashed a series of measures with each other, with India unilaterally suspending the critical treaty of the Indo Aguas and Pakistan taking reprisals by threatening to put the Simla agreement in abandonment and close its airspace for Indian flights.
India has involved the cross -border links of the attackers, while Pakistan strongly denied any participation.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said on Saturday that Pakistan was open to any “neutral and transparent” investigation about Pahalgam’s attack, criticizing India for continuing with a “exploitation pattern, leveling accusations without foundation and false accusations without credible research or verifiable evidence.”
“Our brave armed forces are still totally capable and prepared to defend the sovereignty of the country and its territorial integrity against any misfortune, as clearly demonstrated by our measured response but resolved to the reckless incrustation of India in February 2019,” he added, referring to the ‘rapid operation’.
