Lahore: Pakistan’s search to adapt the “modern” approach to the white ball cryket seemed to have reached the demonstration in the first two games of his international series of three Twenty20 games against Bangladesh.
But on Sunday night, here at the Gaddafi stadium, in front of the full stands, it was evident that the hosts were in the transition quite well in the new style.
And it was Mohammad Haris who demonstrated it in the most brutal way, looting a century of 45 banks, his T20i Ton maiden, to see Pakistan crush Bangladesh for seven WICKETS in the third and last game of the series, completing the clean sweep, the first series of the team at home since December 2021.
Wickt’s goalkeeper/batter, Pakistan’s first opening in scoring a T20i century, remained undefeated with 107 of 46 balls, having hit eight four and seven six, while Pakistan pursued the target of 197 races with 16 balls for plenty of.
Haris entered the bat after Pakistan had lost the first Sahibzada Farhan game in the first time, and never looked back.
The right hand began with four consecutive legs in the pacemaker Hasan Mahmud before facing Mehidy Hasan Miraz for another.
Haris broke the rhythm of Khal de Ahmed beyond the deep square, then raised the right shipowner on the deep fine legs for his first six. Saim Ayub, who had fought for races in the first two games, took Mahmud for a six and four in the next when Pakistan reached 56-1 at the end of the power game.
Saim hit Tanzim Hasan pacemakers for an imposing six on the deep Halm before cutting Rishad Hossain for a four, while Haris took out the tracker of the leg spinner for his second six in the eighth.
After you raised its inaugural T20i fifty with a six and four of Tanzim, Saim (45 of 29, two four and four) hid Tanzid Hasan in the long term.
The incoming Hasan Nawaz played with tanzim skillfully to get out of the brand with a four before lifting Rishad with grace for a long time as Pakistan sailed. Hasan, however, left on the 13th after nightclubs to Mehidy for a six and four, leaving Pakistan needing 60 races in seven overs.
Haris’s flow never broke; The right -handed raised Tanzim about half of half of the six before collecting two rishad limits in the next time again, who also saw the captain of Pakistan Salman Ali Agha lead to the spinner over the painting and through the covers.
Haris went after Khaled for another maximum on the long leg and broke Mahmud on the side outside the side before mentioning his century with a double. He cleaned the long limit once again before Salman finished the game with a four and a single out of Towhid Hriday in 18.
Previously, a rapid opening stall of 110 races between Tanzid Hasan and Parvez Hossain had driven Bangladesh to 196-6, but Pakistan returned to death, directed by the disciplined bowling of Abbas Aphridi in the entrance backend.
Parvez was the aggressor from the beginning, breaking 66 of only 34 deliveries, mixed with seven limits and four six, while Tanzid added a constant 42 of 32 balls (three four and three six). His association sat a solid base before Pakistan responded in the second half of the entries.
Abbas, which was expensive in his initial spell, returned precisely to death, granting only eight races in his last two overs and ending with 2-26 figures. Pakistan restricted visitors to only 46 races in the last five overs while claiming four Wickts.
Pakistan’s decision to open the bowling alley with Saim failed when Parvez dismantles it in the third, hitting two six on the ground and sweeping it for four. Tanzid continued the assault on the next, hitting Hasan Ali by two limits before Parvez added two more Faheem Ashraf.
The impulse continued when Abbas was also sent for limits in the sixth butt, with Bangladesh reaching 53-0 at the end of the power game.
Tanzid later faced Captain Salman, which covers him for six, before Parvez attacked Spinner Ahmed, hitting him by six on Midwickt and following consecutive limits to bring his fifty in just 26 balls.
In the middle of the way, Bangladesh remained in 99 without loss. The advance finally came on 11 when Tanzid was caught in short leg by Faheem, but not before Parvez has launched it for a six and four.
Parvez departed shortly after, trampling a sweep to Haris behind the wickts. However, Towhid and the Pieston Das pattern consolidated, taking Bangladesh to 150-2 at the end of 15.
Abbas returned to the bowl a 15th tight, giving only six races. Litton finished a brief border drought with a four of Hasan Ali, but was beaten in the next ball while trying a ramp shot.
Shamim Hossain provided a brief flowering with two Hasan limits, but Abbas attacked again in the 18th century, saying both Shamim and Towhid while granting only two races.
Jaker Ali intervened with a four and six out of Faheem in the penultimate, while Tanzim hit a six of a Non Ball of Hasan Ali, who had previously eliminated Mehidy.
