Amid near-total destruction in Gaza, Hamas says it cannot locate more bodies of hostages it kidnapped in Israel, saying it needs specialized excavation equipment and heavy machinery that it claims Israel does not allow entry. In response to the delay, Israel is only allowing in a small portion of the 600 aid trucks per day promised in the ceasefire agreement. NBC’s Richard Engel reports for TODAY.
