Armed men opened fire at a wedding party in southeastern France at dawn on Sunday, killing the bride, said a source close to the investigation.
The attack in the town of Gour occurred around 0230 GMT (07:30 AM PKT).
According to the initial information, the bride and groom left the party when they were confronted by masked assailants who opened fire, the source close to the investigation added.
The bride died. One of the attackers was also killed, hit by the boyfriend’s car and the boyfriend while trying to escape.
According to the source, a large -scale operation was launched that involves around 100 police officers to find those responsible for the shooting.
