The prime minister said that the State had adopted a “multiple strategy” in the war on terrorism and made “total and effective use” of important elements such as land operations, legislation, significant and discouraging public communication of extremist thought.
The prime minister ordered the committee to guarantee effective coordination between federal and provincial governments against terrorism and that strictly implement the committee recommendations in this regard.
Praise the role of security personnel and law enforcement agencies, said the provincial governments, the Intelligence Office, the Interior Ministry and the Department of Interrogation had taken “very effective measures” in the war against terrorism.
“With the joint actions and the cooperation of all relevant institutions, effective measures were taken against smuggling, which made it possible to prevent it,” he said, added that preventing the problem had a positive impact on the economy.
The prime minister said that only a peaceful and strong state -free state structure could restore the confidence of international investors, adding that the government had brought substantial changes, such as the digitalization of all systems and improvement in the tax system, for this purpose.
Pointing out the performance of the Pakistan Stock Exchange, he said that the record increase in his index and the improvement in the country’s global qualifications indicated the stability of the economy and restored the confidence of foreign investors.
Prime Minister Shehbaz also said that the implementation of the repatriation program for Afghans that illegally reside in the country also effectively agreed with international laws.
