George Foreman, world heavyweight boxing champion, Olympic gold medalist and then preacher, died on Friday at the age of 76, said his family.
“Our hearts are broken,” said an ad on the Instagram page of Foreman.
“With a deep sadness, we announced the death of our beloved George Edward Foreman Mr., who departed peacefully on March 21, 2025 surrounded by loved ones,” he said. “A devout preacher, a devout husband, a loving father and a great and great -grandfather, lived a life marked by a faith, humility and unwavering purpose.”
A cause of death was not provided.
