Kathleen Delaney, who represents the former players, filed the complaint amended in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana on Monday, adding to Larry Richardson Jr., a former ex -player room, to the list of plaintiffs. The lawsuit also includes a fifth account of an unidentified former player who is not a plaintiff. According to the fifth player’s account, he filed a complaint with the senior officials of the Athletics Department of the University of Indiana on bomb years before the abuse alleged by the plaintiffs.
