Today, an X user said that Tiktok Mashal Khan’s influencer and his wife Meena Khan had been shot dead.
The legend of the post said: “The Peshawar Tiktokers Mashal Khan and his wife Meena Khan were shot dead, while Chitral Tiktoker Sana Yousaf was also killed in Islamabad.”
The user made derogatory comments, blaming people from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and a specific Muslim sect for incidents.
The publication was seen more than 17,200 times.
The same claim was shared by other users that can be seen here, here and here in X, and here and here on Facebook.
A verification of facts began to determine the veracity of the affirmation in the light of its nature and time, coinciding with the murder of Yousaf, 17 with a great public interest in the matter.
Mashal and Meena have separated accounts of Tiktok, with 90,000 and 1.1 million followers, respectively. The couple is known for creating videos together, often established in Styto songs.
A keyword search for “Tiktoker”, “Mashal Khan”, “Meena Khan” and “Dead” did not yield results of any national or local media that covered the alleged murder.

In addition, a video of June 2 was found in the Tiktok account in Mashal, where the couple approached and discredited the viral rumor.
