The main Democrat in the Chamber Committee that investigates the case of Jeffrey Epstein said Friday that the heritage of the sentenced sexual offender will deliver a book that, according to the reports, contains an explicit birthday message of 2003 by President Donald Trump to Epstein.
The farm will include the content of the book after a citation that the Supervision Committee of the House of Representatives led by the Republicans issued this week as part of his investigation, said representative Robert García, D-Calif, in MSNBC.
“The farm will actually get that book and a lot of other documents that have actually not reported,” he said. “We will obtain those documents, as we understand now, on September 8. And that will continue our research.”
Garcia also said that “many of Epstein’s victims will come to Capitol Hill next week to meet with legislators, what he said was” to highlight their stories “and” focus the victims. “

The situation intensified last month when the Wall Street Journal published a story saying that Trump had sent Epstein a drawing of a naked woman as a 50th birthday message that Ghislaine Maxwell included as part of a leather book with many other friends birthday messages. Trump sued the magazine and the owner of his parent company, Rupert Murdoch for defamation, looking for at least $ 10 billion in damage, and said in a publication on social networks announcing the demand that history was “false news.”
NBC News has not verified or seen the birthday message independently.
The Supervision Committee this week also said that former Labor Secretary Alex Acosta, who was the United States Prosecutor for the Southern District of Florida when that office reached a non -presence agreement with Epstein in 2008, will voluntarily sit for an interview transcribed next month.
The Committee previously issued a lot of citations for beneficiaries such as former President Bill Clinton, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, former Attorney General Merrick Garland and former FBI director Robert Mueller.
A Committee spokesman said Friday that the panel was withdrawing his citation for Mueller due to “health problems that prevent him from testifying.”
