Today, the jurors in Diddy’s trial heard a more emotionally heartbreaking testimony of a woman identified only by the pseudonym “Jane”. She is one of Diddy’s former friends, and one of the four alleged victims at the center of the case of the United States government extortion conspiracy and the case of sex trafficking against the music tycoon.
Jane told the jury that Diddy forced her to participate in “hotel nights”, sexual encounters with male companions that made her feel degraded. “You treat me like an animal,” said Jane, she told him in 2023. He described the violent abuse, saying that once put it in a strangulator and hit her in the head. Then he forced her to take drugs and perform oral sex in a escort, he told the jury.
Jane’s testimony is part of prosecutors’ effort to demonstrate that Diddy orchestrated an expanding criminal company to “fulfill his sexual desires.” He has denied all the charges.
This is what you need to know:
- Two years ago, according to prosecutors, Jane sent a text message to Diddy that he did not want to be “used and locked in a room to perform and fulfill her fantasies.” The same day, she told him that he did not want to fly to New York to “be a hoe for a millionth time” in a hotel room. Jane said she was forced to “perform” sexual acts that made her feel “unpleasant” in part because Diddy paid him the rent.
- Jane said he passed out after Cassie Ventura, another of Diddy’s ex -girlfriend, filed a lawsuit accusing him of sexual rape and abuse for a 10 -year relationship. Jane said she was surprised by the similarities between her two accounts. “I feel that I am reading my own sexual trauma,” he sent a text message to Diddy in 2023.
- Jane described his suicidal ideation at the end of his relationship with Diddy, adding that he told him to commit suicide. In text messages, she told him that he believed he “would use” and “break it.” When prosecutor Maurene Comey asked why she sent those text messages, Jane cried so strong that it was difficult to understand her answer.
- At the end of 2023, Diddy threatened to release Jane’s sex and show them to her son’s father, he testified. Jane sent a text message to the then head of Diddy staff, Kristina Khorram, and begged him to “talk about something” in him, according to prosecutors. Khorram assured Jane, “he won’t do anything,” Jane said.

Jane, in the face of another justice of questions, visibly distressed himself in key moments.
His voice broke when he told the jurors one night in 2023 when, he said, they instructed him to meet Diddy at the Trump International Hotel & Tower New York and ordered to have sex with a male escort. He cleaned his tears when he remembered to have told Diddy that he no longer wanted to have sex with other men. She sobbed as she related her reaction to the accusations of Ventura against Diddy.
Diddy, with thorough -colored pants and what seemed to be a white long -sleeved shirt, seemed involved in the testimony of the day. He made the documents in a folder this morning and regularly leaned to talk with defense lawyer Tey Geragos throughout the day. There seems to be considerable weight in federal detention.
Diddy’s mother, Janice comb, sat in the gallery. When he entered the court, his son took four words in his direction: “I love you, mom.”

Jane testified today that last year he joined the Onlyfans platform, a site used frequently to create explicit content for pay subscriptions. There is nothing wrong with a government witness to create explicit content. In fact, witnesses who cooperate with the government are often criminals. In addition, the jury will receive instructions on how to evaluate the credibility of a witness, and the jury’s instructions do not distinction among sex workers, doctors or astronauts.
The jury determines credibility, and have few limitations on their ability to make that determination. So, although they should not rule out Jane’s testimony because she was only in just fans, they could still do it.
Jane said he joined Onlyfans because “I wanted to claim to have my independence and not trust anyone and stand on my own feet.” While the jury should not rule out his testimony because he may have been a creator of Onlyfans content, he could discard it if he finds his reason to join only fans so as not to be very credible.
A jury member might think that there are other works that would allow someone to “stand only two feet.” On the other hand, it is completely possible that the jury can find that claiming the independence of one is a perfectly acceptable and normal reason to join Onlyfans as creator of content.
However, it doesn’t matter what, a issue of government witnesses who escaped from Diddy’s orbit is that all lived lives with which regular people have difficulty identifying.
