The Democrats fake the flames of the Epstein saga in the world of Maga
By Ben Kamisar
Democrats are echoing criticism for the right of how President Donald Trump and his administration have handled case files related to the sentenced sexual offender Jeffrey Epstein.
It is a reversal marked for a party that quickly condemned Trump’s unfounded statements about the investigation into the financial and his death almost six years ago.
The Democrats have now passed the bear after a memorandum of the Administration demolished conspiracy theories related to the past activities of Epstein and their suicide in 2019. Democratic legislators demand that the Trump administration publish more documents related to research on Epstein, accusing the president and his allies of a cover -up or a conical cycle for the investigation of Epste political gain for political benefit.
And democratic candidates and committees have been moving forward as some of Trump’s most outstanding right -wing supporters threaten a revolt on the subject.
With Maga World Herling, key members of his administration in disagreement and Trump in the defense, the Democrats are adopting the raw politics of the situation, despite their previous rules.
In social networks: The DNC launched a new X account that publishes daily messages reminding of its followers that Trump “has not launched the Epstein archives.” The account has also published again the criticisms related to Epstein, focused on Trump, of the key influencers of social networks.
In Capitol Hill: Representative Marc Veasey, D-Texas, announced that he would present a resolution “demand that the Trump administration release all files related to Epstein’s case.”
On the path of the campaign: Senator Jon Ossoff, D-G., That he postulates for re-election in a state that became red in the presidential elections of last year, criticized Trump on the subject while invoking the accusations of sexual behavior and abuse against the president and his social relationship passed with Epstein. (Trump has denied accusations of inappropriate sexual behavior and has denied any improperness related to Epstein’s crimes).

The struggle of the Democratic Party for Generational Change Benefits in Arizona
By Alexandra Márquez and Alex Tabet
It is the summer of hot elections, at least according to the Democrats who are organizing behind the youthful and progressive candidates in a series of primaries out of year.
First was Zohran Mamdani, the 33 -year -old state legislator who won the primary Democrats of New York on former governor Andrew Cuomo. (More about that race below.) Now, a special choice for a vacant seat in Congress in southern Arizona is capturing attention in part due to the campaign of a young Democrat.
After the representative Raúl Grijalva died in March at age 77, Leave Foxx, 25, is gaining ground before Tuesday’s special Democratic primaries in the 7th District of Arizona, which is running in a message of generational change and hoping to take advantage of the support of its almost 400,000 Tiktok followers and 240,000 Instagram followers. But it does not have a clear path against the former Pima County Supervisor Adelita Grijalva, the daughter of the late congressman and former state representative Daniel Hernández.
Grijalva, 54, with support of Senator Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., And the representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, DN.Y., does not give Foxx the same ideological opening that Mamdani exploded in New York. Grijalva’s father not only served the district in Congress for more than 20 years, but Hernández also has brothers who serve in the State Chamber.
Even so, the race has become part of a broader national conversation among Democrats about the ages of the elected leaders of their party and the desire for a generational change.
In a recent interview, Foxx acknowledged that his age has played a role in his campaign messages and the support he has obtained from young people throughout the country.
“We have lost ground with young people as part for the first time in decades … and it is not enough to put our members of Congress in Tiktok, correct or inform them about trends or put mini-Mics on their face. We need young people a real leadership,” Foxx said.
Who wins the Democratic primaries probably wins the general special elections of September to represent a section from Tucson to the border between the United States and Mexico.
