The Minister of Defense, Khawaja Asif, has firmly condemned Israeli aggression towards Iran and criticized the “double standard” of the western world, saying that the performance of the Atomic Energy Agency (OIEA) (OIEA) was “contaminated with hypocrisy and a selective approach.”
Asif emphasized that Pakistan was in “complete solidarity” with Iran in the midst of Iran’s “unjustified aggression” in the middle of Israel against Tehran, which began on June 13 and intensified for 12 days. The conflict intensified after the United States intervened by hitting three of Iran’s nuclear sites. Tehran responded for the first time by launching missiles in Tel Aviv, then attacked the US bases in Qatar after US attacks. On Tuesday morning, the president of the United States, Donald Trump, announced that Iran and Israel had reached a “high fire.”
Israel, without evidence, said that his initial attack on Iran was “preventive”, aimed at addressing an immediate and inevitable threat of the Islamic Republic to build a nuclear bomb. Tel Aviv also suggested that the OIEA report published on June 12, which condemned Iran for material violations of his treaty on the non -proliferation commitments of nuclear weapons (NPT) until the early 2000s, constituted such an emergency. However, the OIEA also seemed to reject that statement, since there was nothing in the report that the relevant parties still did not know, according to Al Jazeera.
In an interview with a state news agency Iraní IRNA In Islamabad, Asif said: “Unlike Iran, Westerners have destroyed the opportunity for diplomacy and are the cause of the beginning of the aggressions of the Zionist regime and the United States.”
The Minister of Defense emphasized that Iran’s approach had been “very constructive” and Tehran never sought confrontation, adding that Israel wanted to “eclipse the region to push the situation towards war.”
He added that “a regime that is not even a member of the TNP and that there is no monitoring and inspection of its nuclear arsenals, can do anything and have the authorization to carry out any aggression and attack against Palestine, Gaza, Yemen and now against Iran.”
“All these countries are the objectives of these deliberate and reckless actions of Tel Aviv, which is not responsible for the IEA,” Asif said.
He condemned the “terrorist attacks of Israel and the aggressive crime of the United States against Iran’s nuclear facilities”, considering these actions contrary to international law, the UN Letter and humanitarian norms.
“I think the situation has intensified at a dangerous level, especially in recent weeks when they will continually emphasized the need for negotiations and participation in this whole process, and that the Iranians have never abandoned the negotiating table,” he said he said. IRNA.
“Iran has never started the war, but both the destruction of diplomacy and the initiation of the war were carried out on the other side (America and Israel), which led to Israel’s illegitimate aggression against the nation,” he added.
Asif also said: “It is ridiculous that the West will always want them to return to the negotiating table, because the Iranians did not abandon the negotiating table, but they have always demanded interaction and negotiations.”
He pointed out that even when Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi was negotiating with the Europeans, another aggression against the country took place.
Asif said that Israel’s “continuous aggression against the Palestinians had reached Iran”, describing it as “planned conspiracy and implemented by the Zionist regime.”
“The Iranians are with Palestine, and this is never a crime. Human dignity and the defense of religious values must be followed by the international community, and must face Israeli aggression and hurry to help the Palestinians,” he reaffirmed.
He added that the United States and Israel were trampling all human laws, values and human traditions, and “massacring children, women, old and young in Gaza.”
The defense minister told Iran’s people to remain firm and firm because “God is with them and all the nations of the world feel the pain of the Iranian nation because this is a crime and a clear aggression against Iran, and these crimes will definitely respond.”
