The decision to prohibit the Zainebiyoun Brigade was notified after the tensions escalation with Iran in January 2024.
“The CTD performed an action in the soldier Bazaar and arrested the suspect Syed Mohammed Moosa Rizvi alias Kamran, who has been hiding for a considerable period to avoid the arrest,” the statement said.
He added that the suspect was associated with the Brigade of Zainabiyoun forbidden.
“During the interrogation, the suspect has revealed that together with his accomplices they had killed Qari Khurram and wounded Mohammed Madani and Naveed Khan on September 5, 2023 in the Taimuria area for ‘sectarian rivalry’,” the statement added.
