Cloudflare says investigating issues with dashboard – Tech

Cloudflare said Friday that it is investigating issues with its Control Panel and related Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).

Customers using Cloudflare’s Dashboard or APIs are affected because requests may fail and errors may be displayed, the company said on its status page.

According to another update posted later on the status page, the company said, “We are continuing to investigate this issue.”

Minutes later, the company shared that “a solution has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.”

Canva, an online graphic design tool, in a post on X, informed its users that the outage was affecting its services.

“Our CDN provider, Cloudflare, is experiencing an outage that is impacting Canva.

“It’s not the experience we want for you and we are working with them to get things back up and running,” the company said.

“Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to get things back to normal,” he added.

Cloudflare runs one of the largest networks in the world that helps websites and apps load faster and stay online by protecting them from traffic spikes and cyber attacks.

Last month, Cloudflare reported that it was experiencing issues on its global network after users reported disruptions to internet access.

In October, an outage to Amazon’s cloud service caused global upheaval as thousands of popular websites and apps, including Snapchat and Reddit, were left inaccessible due to the outage.
