Tensions are rising in several cities in response to ICE raids, with clashes on the streets of Chicago between protesters and federal agents who fired tear gas, exposing some in the crowd. The dramatic clashes come as Homeland Security officials say Mexican drug cartels are now offering cash rewards to target ICE agents and other high-ranking officials.
