Canva users face issues in uploading images to graphic design platform – World

Canva, an online graphic design tool, confirmed on Tuesday that its users faced problems loading images on the website.

At the beginning of 2024, the platform, which offers free premium subscriptions and payments, had more than 170 million users, who use it to create content, presentations and videos of social networks, among other materials.

According to Canvastatus.com, which shows real -time data on system performance, two problems were reported today.

An error reported at 9:54 am (Pakistan time) said: “We are aware of a problem in which users cannot images and are currently investigating.”

“We are aware of the problems that affect PayPal payments, as well as in the publication of designs with premium elements, even for Canva Pro users and equipment subscribed through PayPal, even when no payment is required.

“Our team is actively working on a solution and will share updates as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience, ”he added.

According to Canva, the incident affected “download designs and billing and subscriptions.”
