The Canadian Country Music Association obtained its annual prize show on Saturday by delivering the trophy for the progress of the year to the previous one American idol Cameron Whitcomb contestant.

Comedian Tom Green, presenter of the Saturday program, began holding an acoustic guitar and interpreting his own song about not knowing exactly what to sing, but rolling with the blows.
“Let’s finish, Kelowna,” he said.
Whitcomb and Country Breakout Josh Ross were the main nominees when the association delivered their annual hardware.
Both musicians have secured six noddings each and face the choice of fans, the male artist, the artist and the single categories of the year, followed by Brett Kissel, Owen Riegling and Jade Eagleson.
Ross, which comes from Ontario, won last at last year’s awards in Edmonton, capturing the best male artist, artist of the year and the best single for his whiskey whale ballad Problem.
Whitcomb is also smooth for the year of the year, along with Ross’s Single again And the bissel Let your horses run.
The show full of stars is broadcast live on CTV and includes performances by Madeline Merlo, Sacha, Mackenzie Porter and Jake Etheridge.
