Nueva Delhi: For the second consecutive year, there were cheers to Bihar in the Budget of the Union, since the Minister of Finance, Nirmala Sitharaman, announced several SOP for the State where the surveys of the Assembly are due to the end of this year. The focus of the Center in Bihar was evident from the word Go when Sitharaman put a Madhubani Sari to present the budget.

Makhana Board in Bihar
Sitharaman announced the creation of the Makhana Board in the state. Bihar has a place of pride in the production of Makhana superfoods that represents almost 80% of the country’s production. With the elections of the Assembly that must be in Bihar towards the end of the year, the announcement will help Bihar farmers.

Greenfield airports in Bihar
The budget described the center plan to facilitate four Greenfield airports in the state to meet their future needs. These will be additional to the current airport in Patna.
National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Management of Food Technology
The Minister of Finance of the Union also announced the creation of the entrepreneurship and management of the food technology of the National Institute in the State.
Iit Patna
The center also announced to expand the infrastructure and facilities of the shelter in IIT Patna. The Patna Indian Institute was established in August 2008 by a law of Parliament. The government has declared an institute of national importance.

Support to Kosi Western Kosi channel
The Union Budget announced financial support for the Western Kosi channel, benefiting 50,000 hectares in the Mithilachal de Bihar region.
Bihar on the survey gets a second budget reinforcement shot
This is the second consecutive time in which the center has bathed Sop to Bihar. The 2024 Union Budget had also given a great boost to Bihar after Niten Kumar provided valuable support in the formation of the Modi 3.0 government. Last year, a series of development projects were announced worth around 58.9 billion rupees in the Budget of the Union. It included road projects worth 26,000 million rupees, a 2400MW energy plant worth RS 21.4 billion rupees and flood management projects worth 11.5 billion rupees.
With Modi 3.0 it still depends on the support of Nitish Kumar, focus on Bihar in Union Budget 2025 It was a fact.
