Nueva Delhi: Bihar Prime Minister Nithis Kumar has again been criticized by the RJD opposition for a public gesture in an event attended by the Minister of the Interior of the Union, Amit Shah. The reaction assaulted after a video showed Kumar by placing his arm around a woman’s shoulder in a function in which central and state projects were launched worth more than 800 million rupees.
The event, held at the Bapu Sabhagar Auditorium, also saw Shah distributing “fictitious controls” to the beneficiaries of several schemes under the ministry of the Union for Cooperation. A medium -sized rural woman, one of the recipients, seemed insecure of Shah’s request to pose for a photograph.
At that time, Kumar, 74, pulled his arm and placed it for the cameras, with his arm resting on his shoulders.
RJD led X to criticize the main minister, publishing in Hindi: “See how main minister Nitish Kumar is pulling a woman objectively with the Interior Minister, Amit Shah, looking.”
The party also accused Kumar of embarrassing Bihar, claiming that the Government of the NDA led by BJP could not control a leader who, according to this, was “physically and mentally bad.”
‘False Public Steps’ Series
This is not the first time that Kumar has received criticism for his public behavior. The opposition has repeatedly questioned his health and ability to govern Bihar.
Previously, the RJD leader, Texashwi Yadav, shared a video that allegedly showed Kumar “insulting the national anthem.” “At least, please, do not insult the national anthem, the honorable main minister,” Yadav said in X.
In another incident on the anniversary of the death of Mahatma Gandhi, the prime minister was caught in the camera suddenly applauding after paying tribute, a moment that quickly became viral on social networks.
