A Catalyst and Paper Mill factory worker in Crofton, BC, on the island of Vancouver died after an incident that involves a heavy team, according to RCMP.

Mounties in British Columbia says that a factor worker on the island of Vancouver has drowned after being caught in a heavy team that immersed himself in the ocean.
North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP said they responded to the catalyst pulp and the paper mill in Crofton, a city about 50 kilometers northwest of Victoria, around noon on Wednesday.
They said that the first to respond, including firefighters and paramedics, also attended the scene.
Police said the Canadian coast guard divers tried to rescue the machine operator, but the man could not revive.
RCMP Spokesman CPL. Alex Bérubé said the BC and Worksafebc coronant service are carrying out research on the incident.
Mounties are asking anyone with information to communicate with the detachment.
