At least eight “Indian-sponsored” terrorists were killed during an intelligence operation (IBO) in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa’s Tank district as part of operation “Azm e Istehkam”, the army’s media wing said on Friday.

Arms and ammunition were recovered from the slain terrorists, the ISPR said.
It added that the slain terrorists “remained actively involved in numerous terrorist activities against security forces and law enforcement agencies, as well as in the murder of innocent civilians.”
“A remediation operation is being carried out to eliminate any other Indian sponsored Kharji found in the area as a relentless anti-terror campaign under the vision “Azm and Istehkam” (as approved by the Federal Apex Committee on National Action Plan) by security forces and law enforcement agencies of Pakistan.
