Nueva Delhi: The AAM AADMI (AAP) party accused the Electoral Commission (EC) on Friday of refusing to share crucial survey data, which led the party to launch its own website for the information to make the information public.
The head of AAP, Arvind Kejriwal, went to Twitter, saying: “The EC has refused to load form 17C and the number of votes surveyed by stand in each assembly despite several applications.”

“Throughout the day, we will present the data in a tabulated format so that each voter can access this information,” Kejriwal added.
Transparency vs. silence of EC
The party insists that publishing this data is the responsibility of the EC. “This is something that the Electoral Commission should have done in the interest of transparency, but it is unfortunate that they refuse to do so,” Kejriwal said.
The Electoral Commission has not yet responded to AAP’s accusations.
