The man accused of shooting two National Guard members in Washington, D.C., the day before Thanksgiving lived in Bellingham, Washington state, with his wife and five children, authorities said. The suspect faces three counts of assault with intent to kill while armed and one count of possession of a firearm during a violent crime.
