Some of country music’s biggest stars will celebrate Anne Murray’s signature sound in Nashville on Monday night.
The East Coast legend, 80, will attend “The Music of My Life: An All-Star Tribute to Anne Murray,” taking place at the Opry House.
It is an evening that will bring together cocaine addict Singer with many good friends and long-standing connections to country music.
Performers include kd lang and Martina McBride, who sang with Murray on his 2007 duets album, as well as Trisha Yearwood and Natalie Grant.
Presenters will include Randy Travis and Brenda Lee, who honored Murray’s song. A little good news with single of the year at the 1984 Country Music Association Awards.

The tribute to Murray will take place in a historic location: the Opry House is the most famous home of the Grand Ole Opry show.
However, representatives from Murray’s record label say there are no plans to broadcast their celebration at a later date, saying “it will just be a live show at the moment.”
Murray has won four Grammy Awards and is the most decorated Juno honoree, with 24 wins and two career achievement trophies to her name. She is often credited alongside Kenny Rogers and Glen Campbell as one of the smooth voices that brought widespread attention to country music in the 1970s.
She racked up hits that included Danny’s song, a love song and you needed mebefore venturing into children’s music and publishing a 1983 Christmas album that was a bestseller.
Murray recently released his 33rd album. Here you area collection of unreleased songs. The unfinished tracks were discovered in an archive by one of his fans and polished for release by his record label.
Earlier this year, he received a Junos lifetime achievement award, adding to his 1993 induction into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame.
