The high military commanders warned India on Wednesday that any “new imaginary normality” that their leaders could consider about bilateral dynamics would face a “new normality of rapid repressive response.”
The declaration of the high -command of the Army, published after the 272nd Corps Commanders Conference (CCC) held at the headquarters (GHQ), occurs following the provocative comments of last week by the main civil and military leaders of India.
The head of the Indian army, General Upendra Dwivedi, had warned Pakistan that he had to stop terrorism sponsored by the State if he wanted to keep his place on the map. He had said that the Indian forces “would not show any moderation this time,” potentially hinting at another military incursion.
The Pakistani army had issued a strong response to the comments and warned that any future conflict with India could lead to a “catastrophic devastation” and that the country “would respond resolutely, without any scrupulous or moderation.” He had said that “those who seek to establish a new normality should know that Pakistan has established a new normality of response, which will be rapid, decisive and destructive.”
A statement by Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) issued today said that the high military commanders also took note of the comments in today’s CCC.
“The forum promised to counteract any Indian aggression with a quick and decisive response, destroying any perceived notion of relative security of India derived from geography. Any new imaginary normality will face a new normality of rapid repressive response,” said the ISPR.
He added that military leaders expressed serious concerns about the recent “irresponsible and unjustified provocative statements” of Indian civil and military leaders.
“Such rhetoric is adjusted to the well -known Indian propensity of enviving war hysteria to obtain political benefits. The participants agreed that unjustified warnings will probably lead to greater tensions and endanger regional peace and security,” said the ISPR.
Army’s media wing said the meeting began with prayers for the martyrs of recent terrorist attacks “orchestrated by representatives of Indian terrorism.”
The Chief of the General Staff of the Army (COAS), the Munir Marshal, “praised the spirit, resolution and determination of the Pakistan armed forces in the war against the representatives of terrorism sponsored from abroad and during extensive relief and rescue operations after recent floods, together with the civil administration and other agencies responsible for enforcing the law,” says the statement.
He also added that the forum carried out a “comprehensive review” of the ongoing anti -terrorist operations, the paradigms of emerging threats and the operational preparation and reaffirmed that the army remained willing to “frustrate the enemy designs of Pakistan adversaries in all domains.”
The ISPR also said that CCC members affirmed that “the” link between terrorism and crime with created political sponsorship will not be allowed, which is seriously damaging the interests of the State and the security of its people, whatever happens. “
Army’s media wing also said that participants expressed their determination to carry out “comprehensive anti -terrorism operations in all domains to continue dismantling the networks of terrorist representatives sponsored by India”, such as the Fitna al-khawarij and Fitna al-Hindustan.
Fitna al-khawarij It is a term that the State uses to refer to terrorists belonging to the forbidden Tehreek-I-Taliban Pakistan. In May, the Government appointed all Baluchistan terrorist organizations as Fitna al-Hindustan – A new phrase destined to frame the supposed role of India in terrorism as a deliberate destabilization strategy, potentially to galvanize internal support.
The participants also recognized the importance of the recent high -level diplomatic commitments of Pakistan and reaffirmed their commitment to global and regional peace. In particular, the military welcomed with satisfaction the historic mutual defense agreement between Pakistan and the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and said that they underlined “shared values, mutual respect and a joint vision” for peace and security in the regions of the Middle East and South Asia.
Pakistan and Saudi Arabia signed a historic mutual defense agreement, according to which any aggression against a state will be considered an attack against both. The pact was signed by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and the Saudi heir prince Mohammad Bin Salman at the Al-Yamamah Palace in Riad in September.
“The Forum reiterated the unwavering support of Pakistan to the legitimate struggle of the people of Cashmir Posture of Pakistan principles on Palestine, expressing its support for the solution of two states with an independent Palestinian state, based on borders prior to 1967 and with Al Quds al Sharif as its capital.
“In her final comments, COAS ordered the commanders to guarantee the highest standards of operational preparation, discipline, physical aptitude, innovation and response capacity. The COAS expressed full confidence in the operational preparation of the Pakistan army to counteract threats throughout the spectrum, from conventional and subconventional to hybrid and asymmetric,” the media end of the media army.
