Another evacuation notice has been established by New Brunswick officials due to a new fire in the eastern part of the province.
At 6 pm on Sunday, the authorities said that people living on highway 117 from Black River Bridge to the small branch must be prepared to evacuate within 24 hours in advance. They say that a forest fire represents a threat to “people and properties.”
That fire has three hectares of size and is considered out of control.
This occurs after residents who live near the coast-sapin coastal community, NB, were asked to pack their essential belongings and monitor evacuation alerts due to a nearby fire the earlier Sunday.
The warning applies to people living within a two -kilometer radius of 200 Daigle Rd., New Brunswick emergency organization.
The fire that burns near Pointe-Sapin in Kent County was discovered on Saturday night. It is called turbulum batteries, it measures 0.1 hectares, or approximately 1,000 square meters, and is marked from 5 pm on Sunday, on the fire data board.
From 5:15 pm on Sunday, more than 20 active fires were reported on the fire database of the province.
Three were classified as out of control:
- Beaver Lake Stream Fire in Northumberland County (238 hectares).
- Rocky Brook Fire in Restigouche County (184.2 hectares).
- Black River Fire in Northumberland County (0.1 hectares).
According to the fire panel, a new fire of 0.2 hectares called 296 in the Moncton area has been extinguished. It was detected on Saturday.
Five fires throughout the province continue to burn content within excavated breaks or wet lines. These include the Oldfield Road fire near Miramichi and the chief’s fire in Northumberland County.

There is a declaration of air quality for Fundy, Moncton National Park and Southeast New Brunswick due to the smoke of a New Scotland forest fire drifting towards the areas.
Environment Canada reports a slight probability of showers in the northwest, but a mainly sunny day throughout the province. The showers during the night are a possibility.
On Monday, the rain is expected to risk turtles in northern Brunswick. The sun is expected to return on Tuesday.
