Additional charges can be presented, the agency said.

The officials responsible for enforcing the law said that a reward of $ 50,000 remains available to obtain information that leads the arrest of their forests.
They were among the 10 people accused of taking a bathroom from a cell wall and fleeing through a hole in the Justice Center of the Orleans parish on May 16.
A message, “To Easy Lol”, was seen in the wall in photos published by the authorities.
More than a dozen people have been arrested and accused of helping in their escape, including a prison maintenance worker who the authorities accused of cutting the water in the cell so that the inmates could remove the toilet.
A maintenance worker, Sterling Williams, has denied that he has played a role in his escape. He said his client turned off the water because the bathroom in a unused disability cell was clogged.
