Leon Draisaitl scored extra time for Edmonton Oilers to tie the final series of the Stanley Cup in two games each on Thursday, in an exciting game with wild impulse swings.
Game 4 had a quick start, and both teams had early opportunities in the first period. But the Panthers quickly turned the course, splashing Stuart Skinner that seemed acute from the beginning, causing at least one outstanding reel.
And then, as in game 3, the players began the march to the penalty box.
The end of the oilers, Evander Kane, received a high beep penalty, and defender Darnell Nurse was called a trip in the middle of death.
Matthew Tkachuk of the Panthers made the Oilers pay with a shot for traffic during 5 against 3.
A high Ekholm stick then led to a second goal by Tkachuk’s Power PowerPlay with just over three remaining minutes in the period.
Anton Lundell added a third goal with uniform force with less than a remaining minute in the first period in a Carter Verhaeghe configuration, who went out with his with the defender of the high stagnation oilers, Troy Stecher, in the play.
The oilers went to the 3-0 wardrobe, wearing convicted to repeat their overwhelming loss of game 3.

Oilers dominate the second period
Coach Kris Knoblauch brought the backup goalkeeper, Calvin Pickard, to start the second period, after Skinner let three goals into 17 shots in the first.
Edmonton had two early opportunities in the second period before obtaining his first game of power of the game just over three minutes. Ryan Nugent-Hopkins, who had been an interrogation sign that entered the game due to an unleashed, capitalized injury to take his team to the board.
The oilers continued to throw albums to the Panthers goalkeeper, Sergei Bobrovsky, and the defense Darnell Nurse brought the oilers to one, tearing a top shelf of the wrist with just over seven more minutes in the period.
Two minutes later, Vasily Podkolzin ended in a setback to tie the game.
The Panthers returned the pressure towards the end of the period, with Pickard reaching big and the defense Mattias Ekholm blocked a Tkachuk shot in an open network with just over a remaining minute.
Seconds later, Carter Verhaeghe hit Edmonton Edmonton Evan Bouchard on the boards behind, sending him to ice. The play was whistled without penalty before Bouchard returned to his skates.
The goalkeepers kept the game tight
The goalkeepers on both sides became large in the third, with Bobrovsky stealing Corey Perry with a foot of the foot except for a game at the midpoint. The referees mostly keep their whistles for a tense period.
And then, with 6:24 remaining, the defense of the Oilers, Jake Walman, started a timer beyond Bobrovsky to give the Oilers a 4-3 advantage, a goal that seemed to limit an impressive return.
That was, until the Florida Panthers striker, Sam Reinhart, scored with 19 seconds and the goalkeeper achieved an additional attacker, to send the game on extra time.
Thursday’s game was the third of the series to reach an extra period, with the Oilers winning game 1 and the Panthers taking game 2 in Double Ot. It also marks the number 100 game of the Stanley Cup to go to OT.
Both teams had great possibilities in the sudden death period, with the oilers Trent Frederic hitting the post in a crazy fight in the fold of the Panthers from the beginning.
Pickard made a great salvation in a Sam Bennett timer who later left the crossbar, obtaining a great reaction from the Panthers fans who thought he had entered around the 13 -minute brand.

Knoblauch said the early goal of the second period of Nugent-Hopkins gave the Oilers the trust and belief they needed to win.
“It is stressful. There is a lot of at stake,” he said in a post -game press when he was asked how he has gone to games so closely fought.
“But it’s fun. And I think our boys are having fun, enjoying this moment.”
Game 5 is scheduled for Saturday at 8 PM, ET/ 6 PM MT in Edmonton.
