Boston Celtics superstar Jayson Tatum seen in wheelchair after suffering leg injury

The superstar of the Celtics, Jayson Tatum, suffered an apparent right leg injury at the end of the fourth quarter on Monday night when Boston fell 3-1 in the series against the New York Knicks.

Tatum was seen in the ESPN transmission in a wheelchair after being helped outside the court in Madison Square Garden and could not put weight on his right leg.

The injury occurred with remaining 2:58 in game 4 of the Eastern Conference. The Celtics had just turned the ball and when Tatum moved to the loose ball, his leg yet and he went down. He buried his face in a towel with an obvious pain as he grabbed his leg on the ankle after contactless injury.

Tatum scored 42 points, their maximum in these playoffs, before being injured. It was seen in a wheelchair in the tunnel after being removed.
