The woman who could sneak in a New York flight to Paris without a boarding pass at the end of last year was able to climb to the global plane in a group of passengers with a ticket when door agents passed, new surveillance videos.
The video, provided by the New York Port Authority and New Jersey to The Associated Press on Wednesday after a record request, shows Svetlana Dali sliding by two door agents who were checking the boarding passes and walking through an Airbridge along with a group of other passengers.
Dali declared himself innocent of a position of Stowaway for the incident last November. His trial will begin next month, but prosecutors and his lawyer have said they are trying to work for a guilt. His lawyer did not return a voice mail in search of comments on Wednesday.
According to judicial documents, Dali had initially rejected a security control point at the JFK International Airport by an official of the transport security administration after he could not show a boarding pass.
Dali, a 57 -year -old Russian citizen with the residence in the United States, then sneaked into a special security lane for airline employees, masked by a large flight crew of Air Europa, and reached a detection area where agents inspected bags and caressed travelers. A second video provided to AP by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey shows Dali through the projection and are given.
From there, Dali entered a flight from Delta Air Lines destined for Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris. The surveillance video shows Dali at the door, with a gray hood covering his head, carrying what appears to be a bag covered on his left assembly and a large backpack hanging from his shoulders, joining a group of shipping passengers and passing two delta employees who checked tickets.
The employees did not seem to notice Dali when he passed and joined a group of passengers with a ticket to those who were allowed to board the plane.
The members of the Delta crew realized that Dali was an unauthorized passenger while the plane was in the air and notified the French authorities, who arrested it before entering customs, according to judicial documents.
He was finally transferred back to New York and admitted to the authorities that he went up to the plane without a ticket and intentionally evaded security and Delta employees so that he could avoid buying a ticket, according to judicial records.
Dali was initially released after his arrest with electrical monitoring, but was then arrested again in Buffalo, New York, after he cut the monitor and tried to enter Canada.
It is stopped in a federal blockade in Brooklyn, according to records.
