“More than 48 hours have passed since our sitting began. We have given the 72 -hour ultimatum to the government to issue the notification for the cancellation of the channels. However, we will expand our protest and announce our course of future action after the consultation on Monday,” he said.
Meanwhile, the sitting entered its third day, with long tails of vehicles that extend for several kilometers due to the traffic block on the bridge.

The association warned that the trigger incident was a dangerously increasing trend of silencing dissent through violence and fear. “Let it be clear: no amount of repression can drown the truth. KBA remains firm in its commitment to protect the Indo, defend the Constitution and defend the rights of people,” he added.
The association reiterated its demand for immediate and transparent judicial investigation and asked to stop the attackers.
In a video statement, Warraich said that the deadline of 72 hours granted to the Government to address the demands of protesters would expire on Monday (today).
