Man allegedly kills wife over ‘honour’ near Superhighway in Karachi: police – Pakistan

A man allegedly murdered his wife for the so -called honor near Superperity in Karachi on Thursday, police said.

According to a statement issued by the site, the police in the site industrial area, Pari, 40, was allegedly strangled by her husband Ghulam Ali Bugti in her home in Shahbaz Goth, Bypass of the North.

Police said the incident seemed to be the result of “killing honor”, adding that the suspect had managed to escape the scene.

The body was transferred to the Abbasi Shaheed hospital for legal formalities.
