Terror propagandist ‘Dark Foreigner’ guilty on all counts

An Ottawa man accused of trying to sow hatred and fear of helping to create racist recruitment videos and other propaganda for a neo -Nazi terrorist group of extreme right now missing has been declared guilty for all charges.

Judge Robert Smith found Patrick Gordon Macdonald guilty of the three positions against him: participating in the terrorist activity, facilitating terrorist activity and committing a crime for a terrorist group.

Macdonald, 27, declared himself innocent in the Superior Court of Ottawa at the beginning of his trial in November to participate in the terrorist activity of the Atomwaffen Division.

He was accused of helping to produce videos and other images, facilitate terrorist activity and encourage hate against identifiable groups for one or more terrorist entities, including Atomwaffen Division and James Mason Neonazi.

He claimed that he did it in 2018 and 2019, when he was 20 and 21 years old, in Ottawa, Belleville, Ontario, and Saint-Ferdinand, which, among other places.

The closing arguments were heard in early December, after which the judge withdrew to decide the case.
