CBI took care of the probe after suspecting a scam throughout the country. Kulsum’s result was retained by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on the field that CBI suspected Kulsum’s participation. NTA cited CBI Summons issued to the student and her father, Kothi Firats, under CRPC.
