President Zardari, PM Shehbaz vow to build a prosperous, progressive Pakistan – Pakistan

President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Pakistan’s day expressed their determination to build a stronger, more prosperous and progressive Pakistan, according to the state of the state. Pakistan radio.

This day commemorates the resolution of LaHore approved on March 23, 1940 and the adoption of the first Constitution of Pakistan on March 23, 1956.

President Zardari urged all Pakistani to rise above the differences, reject division and negativity, and work together to build a prosperous, inclusive and only Pakistan.

He congratulated the entire nation and said that the same spirit that led to the creation of Pakistan can drive us towards a brighter tomorrow.

The president said the way ahead is a challenge, but not impossible.

He said that Pakistan’s true strength lies in his people, his resistance, hard work and patriotism that have led this nation in the most difficult times.

President Zardari emphasized that in today’s world, Pakistan must navigate complex realities, address economic pressures and seek sustainable development.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Shehbaz said that with the right policies, dedicated efforts and national unity, Pakistan can achieve economic prosperity, defend social justice and ensure their legitimate place among the nations of the world.

He said that this day is a decisive moment in the history of Muslims in southern Asia.

He said guided by the inspiring leadership of Quaid-E-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, they imagined a state in which Muslims could live with dignity, freedom and self-esteem, a land shaped by their aspirations and values.

He said that this year Pakistan’s day falls into Ramadan, which is a month of deep spiritual reflection, self -discipline and renewed commitment to faith.

The prime minister said that it is a moment that reinforces our collective will and serves as a powerful reminder of the values ​​of sacrifice and perseverance, the principles integrated in the base of our nation.

On Independence Day last year, President Zardari announced the National Awards Conference for 104 Pakistani and Foreigners in recognition of their services, excellence and sacrifices in their respective fields.

The awards were announced on the 78th Independence Day of Pakistan and presented the winners at an investiture ceremony on Pakistan Day, March 23 (today).
