Nueva Delhi: The Superior Court of Bombay on Saturday has listed the request for writing of Dysha death case For an audience on April 2, 2025. The writing request was presented by Dysha’s father, satisfied, and was served to Sameer Wankhede.
The lawyer Faizan Merchant, defender of Sameer Wankhede, has declared that his client will present a detailed affidavit in the Superior Court, which will respond to all the points related to his client.
Experies Salian approached the Superior Court of Bombay in search of a new investigation into the mysterious death of his daughter on June 8, 2020.
Dysha Salian died on June 8, 2020, after they fell from the 14th floor of a residential building in the Mumbai area in the Madad area. Mumbai police had registered an accidental death report (ADR) at that time. Only a few days later, on June 14, 2020, Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his Bandra apartment. While the city police initially described the death of Sushant as a suicide case, the investigation was later delivered to the CBI.
Meanwhile, Maharashtra’s Junior Judor Minister Yogesh Kadam told the Legislative Assembly that SIT’s investigation into the death of Dysha would be accelerated and that “no one will be saved.”
The statement was made when BJP and Shiv Sena Mlas sought to know when the SIT would conclude their investigation. His demand occurred one day after Dysha’s father prepared a request to be presented at Bombay HC asking for a new investigation into his death and “interrogation with custody” by Aaditya Thakeray in the case.
