Nueva Delhi: RJD’s leader, Texashwi Yadav, criticized Bihar Prime Minister Nithish Kumar on Thursday, for showing lack of respect for the national anthem and once again asked questions about his mental and physical health.
The opposition leader at the Bihar Assembly shared a video on the Social Network Platform X in which Niten Kumar looks “talking” to his main secretary on stage as the national anthem was developed. When the main secretary tried to stop him, the prime minister ignored his intervention and continued with his conversation pushing the officer about his shoulders over and over again. Later, Nitish Kumar folded his hands to greet those who were standing on the front while everyone else on stage were in attention to the national anthem.
Directing Nitish, Tejashwi wrote a script from the publication: “Remember that you are the prime minister of a great state. You are not physically or mentally stable even for a few seconds. Your continuation in this position in such a state is a serious concern for the state. They are not repeatedly bihar like this. #Tejashwiyadav”
The video was also shared by RJD Supreme and former Prime Minister Lalu Prasad. “India will not resist the insult of the national anthem,” Lalu wrote and asked Bihar’s people if something else stayed.

This is not the first time that the actions of Nitish Kumar or their statements in the public have asked questions. The opposition in the State has been asking questions about the health of Nithis Kumar and pressing the narrative that it is unable to govern Bihar for longer.
Texashwi, in particular, has been indifferent in his attacks against prime minister demanding his immediate resignation on alleged insulting behavior towards women and erratic actions in the Assembly and the Bihar Council.
“Now we feel sorry for Niten Kumar. His repeated speeches and actions in the Chamber clearly show that it is not normal. For the good of Bihar, he must resign on his own,” said RJD’s leader yesterday.
“We even pray for his health, since his behavior raises serious concerns. He is unconscious and is difficult to understand how the government is directing,” Yadav said.
It’s not just Texashwi attacking Nitish. The political strategist turned into Activist Prashant Kishor had recently attacked Nithis Kumar calling him “physically tired and mentally retired.”
Kishor, who has presented his own outfit Jan Suraaj Party and will play the elections of the End of the Year Assembly, had launched an open challenge to Niten Kumar. “Challenge to Nitenh to explain the names of the ministers in the state cabinet without looking at a piece of paper. If Nithis Kumar demonstrates his mental solidity, he would renounce politics and start working for him,” said Prashant Kishor last month.
The son of Nitish Kumar, Nishant and other leaders of JD (U), have deciphered rumors about the health of the principal minister. However, as the election approaches, we will see more and more attacks against Niten Kumar.
