Gujrat: A man supposedly killed his mother by hitting his head with an iron cane for a delay in serving breakfast in the Maraian village in the police enclosures of industrial property-2 on Monday.
According to police sources, Usman Nawaz asked his mother Razia Bibi to prepare breakfast for him.
However, Razia told his son to wait for a while while fasting and wanted to rest a little.
He enraged Usman who hit his mother in the head with an iron bar, leaving her dead in the place.
When informed of the incident, the police arrived at the scene, arrested the suspect and transferred the body to the Aziz Bhatti Shaheed (absth) teaching hospital by autopsy.
Police have registered a case against the suspect under section 302 of the Pakistan Criminal Code in the Farman Ali report, USMAN’s brother.
