JAMMU: Alert Army troops averted a mishap by detecting an improvised explosive device in J&K’s Reasi district on Thursday night. The explosive was later neutralized.
Under Operation Adbes, the Rashtriya Rifles personnel found the improvised explosive device in the Angralla-Bhalla forest area of Mahore at night, as reported by the Army’s White Knight Corps in X.
The area was secured with the help of J&K Police and the IED was deactivated by the bomb disposal squadhe stated in another publication.
