• CM Gandapur Terms The policy of the center to repatriate refugees again ‘inhuman’
• Kakes institutions “concerned with PTI” for terrorist resurgence
Peshawar: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s prime minister Ali Amin Gandapur said his government would decide whether to follow the center’s directives to expel Afghanos residing in the province after March 31.
The federal government has asked the headlines of the Afghan citizen card to leave Pakistan voluntarily by the end of March, after which they would be deported in the country.
Gandapur criticized the federal government’s repatriation policy as “inhuman and oppressive.” “I am not in favor of the repatriation of Afghans according to the federal government policy,” said Prime Minister while talking to the media.
“When the deadline [March 31] He will arrive, ”said Gandapur, he, as KP executive director, would decide whether Afghans should be repatriated or not. “I will decide what I look good, it adapts to the culture and traditions of KP,” he said about the decision to expel Afghans.
He said it was “incorrect and inhuman” to send Afghans strongly without any agreement for them in their country.
The forced repatriation of Afghans at a time when they had no facilities in their country was a “violation of basic human rights.”
In response to a question, CM Gandapur said that the federal government had not contacted him on this issue, but was criticized when he suggested negotiations with Afghanistan, although the federal government had previously agreed with him on the issue of conversations with Afghanistan.
Increased militancy
Previously, at a press conference, the main minister said that the State and its institutions were responsible for the increase in militancy.
He claimed that the State and its institution have been “wasting their energies by dismantling and breaking the PTI and creating cracks in its leadership.”
The CM of KP said that the State and its institutions were not focusing on its main duty to maintain the law and order and stop the militancy.
He affirmed that it has resulted in the appearance of terrorism.
“Today I openly say that the resurgence in militancy is the failure of the authorities at the head of the affairs and incompences of the federal government and institutions,” he said.
He said that the State and its institutions should be careful and make the right decisions in view of the situation of the law and order.
