Live coverage begins here
More than 4 – 24/0
Young dispatches Naseem in the first ball of his second for a limit after a complete delivery to the pads. New Zealand batters are cunning and are scoring most of their races behind goalkeeper Rizwan.
Naseem reigned his line a little, but he was still on the side of his leg enough for Young to collect two. Young then picked up a single in the fifth installment when the starter tried to flex his muscles. A point to end up collected 7 races from the end, carrying the total Kiwi to 24 for the loss of Wickts.
More than 3-17
The Over begins with two points, after which another shot lying by Young sends the ball just the limit when the Kiwis collect three other races. The garden has been quick until now, since the writing room debate if sending NZ to Bat was a good idea.
Another half -lying shot takes the ball to the covers for the second kiwis limit of the entries behind the goalkeeper. Two singles to finish the OVER adds 9 races to the total Kiwis, which leads 17 for the loss of wickts. Dispossed, but so far of kiwis.
More than 2 – 8/0
From the other extreme, Naseem Shah kept the things tight with three consecutive knit balls for Conway, showing exemplary control in that corridor outside. Young then picked up a single with a film stained towards Long-on, followed by another rough single through the roofs that dragged the long region.
A thick inner edge in the fourth installment brought the first game limit in New Zealand. The lack of time of Kiwi bowling players suggests that the field is not as easy to hit as it seemed early. Naseem ends with a point to take the New Zealand score at eight at the end of the second.
The Kiwi openers, although they do not look completely comfortable, have managed to move to 11 without losses in the second more, negotiating the early movement of the formidable pair of new Pakistan ball.
More than 1 – 3/0
Shaheen Afridi begins Devon Young. There was no career; A classic delivery of the new ball of the left shipowner. Throw in a good length, Young lets it cross the goalkeeper, establishing the early tone in these temperate conditions.
Then Aphridi throws himself to Young, who keeps for 3 races, slightly full, driven through covers, not quite timed, but enough to pierce the field, but there is drama here! Fakhar puts a complete immersion to prevent the limit, but has emerged. The physio has been called and, yes, Fakhar will leave the field. Kamran Ghulam advances like the substitute gardener. It is not what Pakistan needed, losing a key player so early in this crucial match.
Now Conway will face his first ball with the score 3/0. Ready for the next installment while Shaheen runs again.
Four consecutive points come to Shaheen to finish the first after giving three races.
Hymns
The respective national hymns of the teams are played as the president of PCB NAQVI, President Asif Zardari and his daughter MNA Aseefa Bhutto-Zardari are present.
Pakistan spent almost a decade in the International Crick Desert after armed men attacked the Sri Lanko Cricket team bus in Lahore in 2009, wounding six players. The best teams rejected Pakistan after the attack and took the Cricket Board of Pakistan (PCB) years to convince foreign counterparts that it was safe to visit.
After losing the rights of host of the 2009 Champions Trophy, Pakistan was also discarded as coanfitations of the 2011 World Cup.
The seven teams, except India, will play in Pakistan for the current event in the three main cities.
