Six people were shot, four of whom were in critical condition, after a shooting at a Houston nightclub off the early hours of Sunday, police said.
Police responded to the reports of several people fired at 3 in the morning at a sports bar in Hillcroft Avenue, James Skelton chief James Skelton told reporters.
The shooting occurred in an off -hour club, which Skelton said it is a problem that the police are trying to address in Houston.
The Houston Fire Department led three people who were fired to hospitals, and three others were taken to hospitals in private vehicles, he said.
The four patients in critical condition underwent surgery on Sunday morning, he said.
“We have some video, which is good,” said Skelton. Police were looking for a black Toyota or Corolla Black with two suspects inside.
“We know that this is more an isolated attack,” he said. All the victims were men, he said, and the shots seem to come from outside the bar.
Skelton said that out of time nightclubs attract crime as duis and assaults, and that the police are working to close them in the city. The last call of alcohol in bars is at 2 am in Houston.
