Five people, including four children, were injured on Monday in a Granada attack against the station of the city station in the city of Hub (sho) Qadir Sheikh at the Khuzdar de Baluchistan, police said.
Talking with Dawn.comKhuzdar Police Superintendent (SSP) Javed Zehri said that the unknown assailants threw a hand grenade in a house in the Kaushik area of the city of Khuzdar.
Among the wounded were Sho Sheikh’s father and his brother’s four children. His father was sent to Karachi after receiving first aid, while the children were sent home after receiving first aid.
SSP Zehri said the incident is being investigated.
The attack comes a day after a suicide bomber transmitted by the vehicle attacked a convoy of security forces in the Noskhi district of Baluchistan, leaving three security personnel and two martyred civilians.
The martyred soldiers were identified as Havildar Manzoor Ali, of the Nawabshah district, Naik Abdul Raheem, Havildar Ali Bilawal and Naik Abdul Raheem, of the Naseer Abad district, of public relations between services (ISPR).
Quetta and Muhammad Naeem by Kharan were also martyred, the Ispr.
On Saturday, a police officer was martyred, while another six were injured in an explosion near an anti -terrorism force vehicle (ATF) of Baluchistan in Quetta.
It also follows the recent kidnapping of Jaffar Express trains near the Sibi area of Baluchistan, in which 26 hostages, including 18 security personnel, lost their lives. Five more security personnel were martyred during the operation.
After the attack, the military promised to take decisive measures against terrorists operating in Baluchistan, along with their reports and facilitators, both inside and outside the country.
