Florida researchers identified a couple of teenagers whose bodies were found on the landing train of an airplane after a Lauderdale flight of New York City to Fort.
The use of “extensive DNA tests” for detectives to appoint Jeik Aniluz Lusi, 18, and Elvis Borques Castillo, 16, according to the statement of the Broward County Sheriff’s office.
Both teenagers were from the Dominican Republic, added Sheriff spokesman Carey Codd.
Their bodies were found late on the night of January 6 after Jetblue Flight 1801 landed at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
Flight 1801 took off from the John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York that night at 7:49 and landed in South Florida at 11:10 pm
That particular ship had also made a stop on January 5 in Puerto Plata, the Dominican Republic, NBC South Florida previously reported.
The Sheriff’s statement did not reveal how adolescents got into the main team or formally indicated their cause of death.
