Two girls have been arrested in a swarm attack against a Muslim woman in Oshawa, Ontario, and the police say that until now there is no evidence to indicate that hatred was a factor.
The victim caused Hijab to start and was repeatedly kicked in the attack on a pizza pizza on July 2.
The girls, 13 and 14, have been accused of assault that causes bodily damage, said Friday in a press release in Durham.
The police are still looking for a 13 -year -old boy, searched by assault that causes bodily damage, obstructs the police and does not comply with a release order, police said. An 11 -year -old boy also participated, but cannot be accused due to his age.
The police have not yet identified a fifth suspect, a girl who believes is 12-15. It is described that it has a thin construction and long braids, and wearing a gray t -shirt, spandex gray pants and black sandals.

According to the police, the incident began when a group of young people caused disturbances in the restaurant.
A person jumped behind the counter and tried to take an article. The victim tried to stop the person and there was a “violent struggle,” police said.
While the two struggled, several other people also jumped behind the counter, swarming and assaulting the victim, the police added.
In the statement, the police said that hate crime is not an independent position under the Criminal Code. Police said that determining whether hate played a role requires consulting with the crown lawyer’s office.
If it is determined that hate is a motivating factor in the attack, it can be considered during the sentence and can result in a higher sentence, police said.
