• 47 terrorists eliminated in the two-day operation along the border between Pak-Fghan

Quetta / Lakki Marwat: Security forces have frustrated another attempt at terrorist infiltration in the Sambaza area of the Zhob district of Baluchistan, eliminating 14 terrorists, the military media wing said on Friday.
According to public relations between services (ISPR), the last action brings the total number of terrorists killed in the last two days to 47, after the successful operations of the security forces in Sambaza. This adds to the previous neutralization of 33 militants.
“After the successful commitments of the security forces in the general area Sambaza, Zhob district, from August 7 to 8, during which 33 Khwarij were sent to hell; on the night of August 8 to 9, a deliberate operation of disinfection was carried out in the surrounding areas of Sambaza along the border of Pakistan-Fughanistan,” said the Espr.
“During the performance of the operation, 14 khwarij sponsored more Indians were successful and successful neutralized. Weapons, ammunition and explosives were also recovered from the khwarij killed,” the ISPR said in a statement.
“The number of Khwarij killed in two days the anti -infiltration operation has increased to 47,” he said, he added that the security forces “remain committed to ensuring the nation’s borders and the frustration attempts to sabotage the peace, stability and progress of Pakistan.”
President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif praised the security forces on Saturday to eliminate 47 militants during the last two days.
The president observed that it was the greatest success of the security forces, said the president’s secretariat in a statement, according to Application
He reiterated the government’s resolution to eradicate terrorism, emphasizing that the nation is united behind the security forces in its fight against militancy.
Prime Minister Shehbaz also praised the appropriate actions of the forces, which successfully frustrated the infiltration of militants. “The whole nation is standing with the security forces in the fight against terrorism,” he said, reaffirming its commitment to the eradication of terrorism in all its forms of Pakistan, said Prime Minister’s office.
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi also paid tribute to security forces, praising his professionalism and rapid actions.
“The nation looks with admiration for the successes of the security forces against the terrorists of the Indian conspiracy. The security forces have led the terrorists sponsored by the Indians involved in the spread of chaos in Baluchistan to an exemplary end,” he said in an X.
In May, the Government officially appointed all terrorist organizations operating in Baluchistan as “Fitna al-Hindustan”, with the aim of highlighting the supposed role of India in instability and violence in the region.
Lakki Marwat attacks
In a series of militant attacks throughout the district of Lakki Marwat, three soldiers and a woman were martyred, while three others, including two soldiers, injuries suffered, police and rescue officials said on Saturday.
The first incident took place on Friday night in the Tatta Bashikhel area, where Merajudin, an employee of the border body (FC) Baluchistan, who had been on permission during the past week, was attacked.
“The FC official and his cousin Fareedullah were sitting outside his home when two suspects armed with masks appeared suddenly from the east side,” said a police officer, citing a FIR.
The attackers opened fire when Meraj and Fareed tried to flee to the house. Meraj’s wife, Nusrat Bibi, hastened to hear the shots and tried to protect her husband, but was also shot dead by the assailants.
Both Meraj and Nusrat were seriously injured, and FC staff succumbed to their wounds on the spot, while his wife died on the way to a hospital in Bannu.
After the attack, a large police contingent was sent to the rural area to look for the assailants.
In another attack on Saturday, a border body soldier, Sepoy Jehangir Khan, was martyred in the area of Mir Hazar Khanzadkhel.
According to the officials, Jehangir and his cousin Asmatullah passed won when two motorcyclists armed with masks opened fire. Jehangir was killed in the place and his cousin was injured. The body and wounded were later transferred to the Hospital of the District headquarters in Tajazai.
In another attack, a former Pakistan army soldier, Habibullah Khan, 55, was shot dead by a group of seven militants near a rainwater course in the Ghazikhel area. The attackers, who fled to the Karmukhel mountain, also removed a AK-47 assault rifle from the martyred soldier.
In a separate incident, two soldiers were injured when their vehicle was beaten by an improvised explosive device (FDI) near Abdulkhel on Saturday.
The authorities said the bomb on the road, planted by “terrorists of the Fitna al-Khawarij group,” exploded when the soldiers were in patrol. The wounded soldiers, Mohammad Salim and Mohammad Malook, were immediately transferred to the Government City Hospital. Rescue 1122 sent medical equipment and ambulances to the scene.
Later, the authorities cordoned off the area and launched a hairstyle operation in an effort to capture the attackers.
Bannu Regional Police officer Sajad Khan visited the Tatta Bashikhel area to offer his condolences to the family of martyred official of FC Merajudin. He expressed his pain for the loss and assured the family that the perpetrators would be taken before justice.
“Martyrdized security personnel are the pride of the nation and the supreme sacrifices offered by them will not be in vain,” he said.
Sajjad also expressed his sincere condolences and sympathies with the family of martyred police Rukh Niaz Khan in the Bannu area of Kalan Tughalkhel.
Agent Khan had embraced martyrdom in a fierce battle against terrorists in the Bannu Fatehkhel area last week.
